In this full-day training, participants will learn how to build reports and utilize pre-built templates on the Unify platform that leverage Walgreens’ internal customer data. Participants will then be given the opportunity to build stories and analysis using data from the Customer Loyalty model. Participants will learn through demonstration and hands-on exercises.
The class will run 9:00am-11:30am, we will break for lunch from 11:30am-1:00pm, then resume the session from 1:00pm-3:30pm. (All times Central.)
